Yard Coordinator / Service Department Assistant

J&B Tractor Company is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our team! This position plays an important role in keeping our dealership running smoothly by maintaining our grounds, supporting our service department, assisting customers, and helping keep our equipment and inventory organized and ready to go.

Position Details:

*Monday–Friday

*8:00 AM–5:00 PM

*Uniforms provided

*CDL is not required for this position

Responsibilities include:

* Maintain service shop, dealership grounds, and common areas

* Load and unload trucks, trailers, and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment

* Operate tractors, mowers, skid steers, excavators, and other equipment

* Help organize and maintain equipment and inventory

* Assist customers and support daily service operations

* Run company errands and assist with other operational needs
